Shipping - Items ordered before 4pm weekdays will ship that day. We use NZ post which most times will be a next day delivery (weekdays). However it may take up to two or three days depending on delivery addresses and instances out of our control. If email is used at the checkout you will automatically get tracking details

The Distance FLZ Poles are strong, foldable and easily adjustable when your terrain calls for adaptability and suit 3-season adventures. 30% stiffer than previous models with more joint support, this highly adaptable three-section pole features durable aluminium construction, fast-response deployment, FlickLock® adjustability, interchangeable, non-scarring Tech Tips and a lightweight EVA foam grip. An excellent choice for long hikes, steep approaches, stream crossings – or for supporting your tarp shelter.

Z-Pole Rapid Deployment Sytem:

    • Concealed inner cord
    • Single push-button release to collapse the pole
    • One-pull, Speed Cone deployment

Speed Cone technology comes from Black Diamond's expertise in avalanche probe design - a key component of Z-Poles' stiffness and fast deployment. Simply grab the grip and the first shaft section, and pull them away from each other. The pole will snap into place and lock. Each Speed Cone guides a shaft section into place, and stiffens the joint when the pole is locked. Protective, flexible tube ends cover the pole's Kevlar® center cord when folded.
