All New Zealand deliveries are through NZ Post, and therefore can service most addresses.
Orders up to $200
There are three delivery options available for orders under $200.
Standard Nationwide Shipping - $6.00
2-3 Day Delivery
Priority Shipping - $10.00
1-2 Day Delivery, plus priority picking and packing in-store.
Urgent/Saturday Delivery - $20.00
Overnight shipping plus delivery on Saturday, this is available for non-rural addresses only.

Click and Collect
If you are local to Christchurch, or visiting, and wish to collect your online purchase in-store, simply select 'Click and Collect' at checkout.
This is great if you wish to double check sizing or product selection with some of our knowledgeable staff in store.

If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready:
Despatching of Orders
Although we try to process and despatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
- Pre-Orders: Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website
- Credit Card Checks: Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.
- Items unavailable: Sometimes the availability of the stock is incorrect on the website. Should this be the case, we will always contact the customer as soon as possible with possible courses of action.

Undelivered Items
We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us within 30 days of dispatch, and we will follow up with NZ Post on your behalf.
