Expo Sale 2026: Terms & Conditions
1. Promotional Period
The "Expo Sale" pricing and associated offers are strictly valid from Monday, April 6th, 2026 (19:00) to Monday, April 13th, 2026 (23:59). Discounts cannot be applied to purchases made outside of this window, and we cannot offer price protection for items purchased prior to the start of the sale.
2. Inventory & Availability
All items are sold on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Due to the nature of the Marathon Expo, our website inventory and physical booth stock are synced periodically. In the rare event that an item sells out at the physical expo before your online order is processed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Order Collection (Click & Collect)
To ensure our team can prioritise expo operations, the following collection rules apply:

Restricted Pickup Window: Any orders placed between Thursday, April 9th and Sunday, April 12th will not be available for collection until Monday, April 13th.

Notification: You will receive an automated email or SMS notification as soon as your order is packed and ready for collection at our primary business location. Please do not attempt to collect your order until this notification has been received.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
By purchasing an item at a discounted "Expo Sale" price, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

30-Day Guarantee: Items purchased under this promotion are exempt from our standard 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refund Policy: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for "Change of Mind" on sale items.

Store Credit & Exchanges: You may exchange your item for a different size or alternative product of equal value, provided the item is in original, unworn condition with tags attached. If an exchange is not possible, a Store Credit will be issued.

Faulty Goods: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If a product is found to be manufacturer-defective, it will be handled according to standard consumer law.
5. Nutrition & Gels
For health and safety reasons, all nutrition products (including gels, chews, and powders) are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on nutrition items once they have left the expo booth or been collected.
