Incorrect Item Received
If we’ve sent you the wrong item, please email customerservice@frontrunnercolombo.co.nz. We will ship the correct one immediately and include a pre-paid return bag for the original item at no cost to you.
Online Returns
Need a different size or something not quite right! As long as these requirements are met, we can help you out:

Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and proof of purchase.

Timeframe: Within 30 days of purchase.

Full-priced items may be exchanged for any item we have in stock or returned for a full refund. If the item you are exchanging for has a price difference, we will invoice you for the extra, or refund the difference.
Discounted items or those purchased on sale can be exchanged for any item we have in stock, or returned for store credit. We do not provide full refunds on sale items.
When you make the request, you can choose either of the following shipping options

Pre-Paid Shipping Label ($8): we will provide you with a pre-paid NZ Post shipping label, that can be dropped into any NZ post store for shipping. The $8 will be removed off your refund or invoiced before exchange is released.
- Ship on your own: you organise shipping yourself and cover the required costs
Important:
- The item must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, either the packing slip or receipt.
- Returns sent without approval will not be accepted
In-Store & Technical Fitting
The Fit Guarantee:
If you were technically fitted by our team and the shoes aren't right, come see us within 30 days. We back our knowledge and will work with you to find a solution.
Technically fitted means you have consulted with our staff, tried on shoes, and purchased according to our recommendations.
Other Items:
For non-fitted items, we offer exchanges or store credits for change-of-mind purchases within 30 days, as long as the product is in brand-new condition.
Faulty Items
If your gear isn't performing as it should, please email customerservice@frontrunnercolombo.co.nz with photos and your receipt.
To protect your warranty, please stop using the item as soon as you notice a fault.
Faulty products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, working with our suppliers. We follow all CGA guidelines to ensure a fair outcome, whether that is a repair, replacement, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and security reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
