When to use it
- Long training sessions and races where you want carbohydrate, sodium and fluid in one drink

How to use it
Add one sachet to 500-700ml of water and shake well. Drink through training and racing to maintain energy and avoid bonking, and use it afterwards to replenish. FIXX Fuel X Pro is the version with added L-alanine and L-leucine.
