Product Highlights:
On has upgraded their pinnacle racing shoe to be lighter, faster, and more resilient than before. The Cloudboom Strike 2 is equipped for race day with a carbon fiber plate, responsive foam, and a lightweight leno weave upper.
On's Helion HF superfoam has been updated to boost performance, paired with a carbon fiber Speedboard plate, which is lighter and stiffer than before. As the softer foam compresses and bounces back, the plate helps stabilize your ride and propels you toward your next PR. Introducing a new technology to the midsole, the CloudTec Sphere enhances forefoot comfort, with strategic openings allowing the foam to expand in multiple directions. As you reach later miles in the race, this technology will give you the extra comfort and bounce you need to stay fresh.
An open-weave upper is highly breathable, locking in a secure feel while generating airflow. The outsole is a lightweight, full-length stretch of high-performance nanotube rubber, contributing to the effortless ride without compromising traction.
If you're looking for a unique forefoot sensation paired with plated propulsion, the On Cloudboom Strike 2 is ready to toe the line on race day.
NOTE: In order to maintain consistency, Running Warehouse hand measures all shoes for accurate stack heights. While we measure this shoe at 43 mm in the heel, its heel bevel clears it for competition use by keeping it within the World Athletics requirements of 40 mm or less, based on their measurement standards.
