- 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio to aid carbohydrate uptake
- Maltodextrin, water, fructose, pectin, citric acid, preservatives; the same mild-tasting gel as PF 30

When to use it

How to use it
Unscrew the resealable cap and squeeze gel into your mouth in stages, then reseal until you need more. A full pouch is about 90g, so spread it across roughly 90 minutes at about 60g per hour. Pair with Precision Hydration tablets or packets for sodium.
