How to use it
Take one gel about 15 minutes before exercise, then every 30-40 minutes, with 200-300ml of fluid. Maximum 10 gels per day. Caffeinated flavours aren't suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine.
