What's in it (per serve)
- 90g carbohydrate from Cluster Dextrin (a highly branched, glucose-based carbohydrate) plus fructose
- Electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium; roughly 650mg sodium per serve
- Dairy and gluten free, vegan friendly, no added colours or preservatives; HASTA certified
When to use it
- Long, hard sessions and races of 2-6+ hours, particularly in warm weather
- Athletes who want a flavoured option over the unflavoured Race Fuel
- Use as a sole source of fuel, or alongside Race Energy Gels
How to use it
Mix one serve (5 level scoops) with 250ml of water, then add another 200-500ml and shake. Let sit for 10 minutes. PURE recommends mixing to about 750ml and drinking 450-750ml per hour. Consume within 12 hours.
