How to request an online order return
This can only be completed within 30-days of purchase. Full-price items can be returned for a full refund, or exchanged. Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store-credit. Please see our Returns Policy if you required clarification.
Requesting a return for an online order is done through your account.
Follow these instructions if you need a reminder!
Step 1: Navigate to your customer account
Step 2: Log in using the same email you ordered with.
You will then be sent a one time code to log in.
Step 3: Click on the order you would like to return
Step 4: Create a return request
Step 5: Follow the prompts to finalise the request
Once we confirm your request, you will receive an email outlining your next steps.
