At Frontrunner Colombo Mall we stand buy our product quality and customer service.

 
We are happy to exchange wrong sizes or product swap but for any unwanted purchases we are happy to issue a Frontrunner Colombo Mall in-store credit or online credit.
This must be done within 30 days of purchase.
However due to the nature of sale items, we do not offer refunds on sale item purchases. You can as always email us to discuss how we can sort it out for you. (colombo@thefrontrunner.co.nz)
 
Any in-store technical running shoe purchase that the customer has been put through the Frontrunner F.A.S.T Fitting process by a staff member comes with a 30 day fit guarantee.

 

 ONLINE PURCHASES

Return the item to the Frontrunner Colombo Mall Store:

  • The item must be in its original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, instruction manuals etc
  • Please take your packing slip with you as it will serve as proof of purchase
  • If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered, this process can take up to 14 working days and will be accessed by that brands expert in that field.
  • All returns for size or product exchange have to be done within 30 days of purchase.
  • Frontrunner Colombo does not offer full refunds for any unwanted or change of mind purchases.
  • Frontrunner Colombo does not offer refunds on sale items. 

 

Return the item via post to the Frontrunner Colombo Mall Store:

  • If the purchase is a size swap or product exchange you post the item back to us at your cost but Frontrunner Colombo will pay for the return postage cost in this case.
  • If you have been sent the incorrect product or size incorrect to your purchase form then we will carry the cost of the package being returned to us and the return cost.
  • All returns for size or product exchange have to be done within 30 days of purchase.
  • Frontrunner Colombo does not offer full refunds for any unwanted or change of mind purchases.
  • Frontrunner Colombo does not offer refunds on sale items.

 

 IN-STORE PURCHASES

Return the item to the Frontrunner Colombo Mall Store:

  • If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered,this process can take up to 14 working days and will be accessed by that brands expert in that field.
  • All returns for size or product exchange have to be done within 30 days of purchase.
  • Frontrunner Colombo does not offer full refunds for any unwanted or change of mind purchases.
  • We do not return purchases made at other Frontrunner stores. However if it is a model we stock we can swap sizes at the discretion of the staff
