Privacy

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact information, we'll be unable to provide loyalty points for your purchases.

Loyalty Program

We are proud to offer Run Rewards. Loyalty points that reward your feet. 

Run reward points are gathered at each sale *unless exempt* with $1 equals 1 point. 

Once 500 points are collected, you will receive a $50 store credit to spend in-store or online. You can accrue your points beyond 500 for a greater value store credit, and store credits do not expire. Like with everything, there are associated terms and conditions that must be met.

Delivery

All deliveries in New Zealand are handled by NZ Post, directly to your door. Please inform us of any special delivery instructions when placing your order, especially if you won't be home when the courier arrives.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, Frontrunner Colombo is responsible for ensuring timely and undamaged delivery of products to customers. Please report any issues within 24 hours to colombo@thefrontrunner.co.nz with purchase details. After receipt of the products, responsibility lies with the customer.

Returns

We are proud to offer a 30-day guarantee on technically fitted footwear. However, the store policy is that we do not refund for change of mind purchases or if you choose the footwear against our advice.

Products Provided

We endeavor to keep our website up-to-date to provide a clear representation of the products we have available to purchase. The purchase can be made through this website, or through our physical store at the Colombo Mall.

If for some reason the website has incorrectly shown the availability of a product, we will contact you as soon as possible, offering an appropriate alternative, ordering a replacement from the supplier, or offering a refund. 

The Frontrunner Colombo reserves the right to cancel in order if it deems it appropriate.

If you have inputted the wrong details during the checkout process, the responsibility lies with you as the customer to contact us (colombo@thefrontrunner.co.nz) as soon as possible to remedy this. 

Availability of Product

As the Site may be accessed from international locations where The Frontrunner does not operate, we do not assert the presence or availability of our services in all jurisdictions. Our products are offered in accordance with applicable laws and at our discretion.

Default Currency

Unless otherwise stated, the default currency is New Zealand Dollars. All prices on the website are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Product Descriptions

The Frontrunner and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, The Frontrunner does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by The Frontrunner itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
