Puma EvoSPEED Long Distance Nitro Elite 2 Spike (D Standard) Mens)
Maximum propulsion, maximum responsiveness, and maximum speed – that’s what we’ve engineered in this evoSPEED long distance track and field spike. Built for events ranging from 800m all the way up to 10,000m, the shoe features a full-length Pebax fibre plate that’s been specially designed to stabilise the hyper-responsive, insanely lightweight, nitrogen-injected foam midsole, allowing for peak energy transfer from toe off. Providing an extra boost is the Pebax outsole spike plate, which features six removable spike pin receptacles, to provide superior grip and help maintain that high turnover needed to win your race.

            Pronation
Pronation is a natural and important motion the foot makes to absorb the shock of hitting the ground. Some people have more movement than others. To much movement relative to the individual could result in the overloading of stabilizing tendons, ligaments and muscles around the ankle, knee or hip . Some shoes can work with your foot to slow down the movement, reduce the angle of the movement and help your body to move in a more controlled way.
