Product Details

Asics Superblast 3 (D Standard) Unisex Cobalt Burst/Light Orange

The SUPERBLAST™ 3 shoe helps to provide a supercharged feel underfoot, thanks to its advanced foam updates. It is a highly responsive, energized trainer versatile for faster paced sessions, tempo runs and recovery runs. The midsole has been updated with FF LEAP™ cushioning. This foam composition is influenced by our METASPEED™ racing models. Its lightweight formulation is met with bouncy properties that are functional for everyday running. The shoe features a new trampoline pod shape that's strategically designed into the outsole. This design function helps create a more energized feel while exiting the toe-off stage of your stride.

Pronation

Pronation is a natural and important motion the foot makes to absorb the shock of hitting the ground. Some people have more movement than others. To much movement relative to the individual could result in the overloading of stabilizing tendons, ligaments and muscles around the ankle, knee or hip . Some shoes can work with your foot to slow down the movement, reduce the angle of the movement and help your body to move in a more controlled way.
