Hoka Mach X 2 (D Standard) Mens Grapefruit/Electric Coral

The HOKA Mach X 2 is a speed-oriented running shoe designed to bring race-day performance to your everyday training. Engineered for propulsive speed, this shoe features a highly resilient PEBA superfoam midsole that is surrounded by an EVA foam chassis to provide a cushioned landing and an explosive toe-off. Sandwiched between each foam compound is an extended Pebax Rnew plate to ensure enhanced support and propulsion, while a race inspired geometry similar to the Cielo X 1 boasts an increased rocker profile for an aggressive toe-off along with a fast and snappy ride.

Pronation

Pronation is a natural and important motion the foot makes to absorb the shock of hitting the ground. Some people have more movement than others. To much movement relative to the individual could result in the overloading of stabilizing tendons, ligaments and muscles around the ankle, knee or hip . Some shoes can work with your foot to slow down the movement, reduce the angle of the movement and help your body to move in a more controlled way.
