Within the midsole, we also integrated our FLEXconnect® dual-directional flex-grooves for enhanced ground connection. Total stack height on these shoes is 14mm. To much movement relative to the individual could result in the overloading of stabilizing tendons, ligaments and muscles around the ankle, knee or hip .
